Ah, fall. It’s finally here – and so are all the delicious fun flavors of the season! (Let’s just say, we’ve missed you Pumpkin Spice Latte!)

How do you make coffee taste like fall? In honor of the start of the season known for its warm drinks, splendid spices, and coffee drinks galore, we rounded up some delicious fall-inspired coffee recipes perfect to embrace the season. So grab your favorite Coffee Gator roast coffee in your trusty coffee canister and load it up into your French Press. We’ve got some coffee to make.

Pumpkin Spice Lattes

Pumpkin and coffee go hand-in-hand like a warm scarf and a fall chill in the air. Pumpkin Spice Lattes have taken over the season and we love a good coffee combo!

Food Network's pumpkin spice latte is simple to follow. There is something about pumpkin puree that just adds a full round flavor of pumpkin to this drink. Since this recipe calls for espresso or coffee, we highly recommend using Coffee Gator’s Dark Roast to have those well-developed dark roast flavors pair against the sweetness of the pumpkin.

Want the sentiment of a PSL but don’t have any – or even want any – pumpkin? Try this fall Spice Latte from Food52. It has all the spice of pumpkin pie minus the puree.

Hazelnut / Nutella Lattes

Coffee and hazelnut is a wonderful pairing, and while we may have it year round, there’s nothing like taking it to the next level during the fall! Introducing: the Nutella Latte. This Nutella recipe from How Sweet Eats is easy enough to add to your morning routine.

This coffee combination combines Nutella, frothy milk, and coffee – topped off with a balsamic glaze! The unexpected twist of the glaze is a fun surprise, but if that isn’t your style, we won’t judge you for sticking with a second helping of Nutella!

We recommend pairing it with our Coffee Gator Medium Roast for a round of flavors.

Salted Caramel Lattes

Caramel often makes us think of apples and the color of fall leaves. This lovely sweetener can be homemade or store bought, though we’ll just be happy to have it in our coffee!

A Salted Caramel Latte, like this one by Refinery29, adds a perfect amount of sweetness juxtaposed with a pinch or two of sea salt. Our mouth is watering at just the thought!

Want less sweet-salty and more sweet-sweet? Then you’re in luck with this Caramel Mocha Latte (salt optional) from MomAdvice. Chocolate and caramel? Sign us up!

Maple Latte

Ooooh, maple in coffee? That might be one of the most brilliant flavors to be put in coffee since caramel. Similar to caramel in its sweetness, maple also has a slightly earthy, burnt flavor that goes so well with any of Coffee Gators coffee.

This Simple Maple Latte from Fox & Briar is just that: simple, delicious, and soul-warming. Add a couple of tablespoons of your finest maple syrup and a few dashes of your favorite fall spices and you’re all set! Enjoy the maple warmth!

S’mores Latte

S’mores are one of those wonderful childhood favorites that just happens to make sense with both fall and summer flavors. We are more than happy to make s’mores a regular occurrence in both seasons – especially in our coffee!

Just like real s’mores, this S’mores Latte recipe from Le Petit Eats features your favorite graham crackers, chocolate syrup, and slightly roasted marshmallows. By the end you’ll have a cute and truly delicious fall favorite coffee drink! We suggest pairing it with Coffee Gator’s Light Roast for a nice caramel flavor.

Dirty Chai Latte

Did you know that you can add coffee to a chai latte? It’s called a “dirty chai latte” but we see nothing dirty about adding a splash of coffee with your tea! Only deliciousness.

This Dirty Chai Latte recipe from A Couple Cooks includes the option to make a homemade chai spice blend so you can get the full flavor of the chai. Combine the mixture of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and more with black tea, some coffee, a hint of maple syrup, and your favorite milk for a hot and yummy drink you’ll want to make throughout the season.

The Last Sip

There are a plethora of great fall espresso drinks to choose from. Experiment with them and see what you can come up with! For example, if you live  in an area that is still rather warm for the fall season, we suggest turning some of your favorite hot fall drinks into iced versions of them. The flavor and sentiments will still be there! We hope you fall for a favorite autumn flavor coffee this season. Enjoy!
